Welcome to M's Hotsauce where things get hot, fast. By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it simple and fresh just like our sauces.

 🌶️The Basics

We make small-batch hot sauce with big flavour. Because everything is crafted in limited runs, once it’s gone — it’s gone.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities

• Change recipes (only if it makes things tastier 👀)

• Discontinue products without notice

🌶️Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

• Once your order is cooking (processed), we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
  
  

🌶️Shipping & Delivery 🚚

We move fast — but we’re not teleporting (yet).

• Orders ship within 2–3 business days
  
  

• Estimated delivery:
  UK: 3–5 business days

• not currently offerring International deliveries. Sorry!😔
  
  

Heads up:

• Delays can happen (couriers, customs, life… it happens)

• Make sure your address is correct — if it’s wrong, your sauce might go on an unexpected adventure
  
  

🌶️Damaged Bottles 💥

We pack carefully, but sometimes life hits harder than our hottest blend.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Let us know within 48 hours

• Send your order number + photos of the damage

We’ll try out best to sort it either with:

• A replacement 🔁

• Or a refund 💸

We’ve got you — just don’t wait too long to tell us.

🌶️Returns & Refunds

Because this is food (and delicious food at that), we don’t accept returns unless:

• Your order arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

If we messed up, we’ll fix it — fast.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

🌶️Allergies & Ingredients 🌶️

Our sauces bring the heat — and sometimes allergens too.

Please check ingredients carefully before buying. Common ingredients include:

• Chillies

• Pineapple

• Garlic

• Vinegar

If you’ve got allergies, double-check before diving in. We can’t take responsibility for reactions.

🌶️ Storage Tips

Treat your sauce right:

• Follow the label instructions

• Shake well before use

• store out of direct sunlight

• Refrigerate if required after opening
  
  

If it’s stored wrong, it might not taste how we intended — and we can’t refund that.

🌶️Your Privacy 🔒

We respect your data like we respect a good chilli — seriously.

We only collect what we need to:

• Process your order

• Deliver your goods

• Keep things running smoothly
  
  

We don’t sell your data. Ever.

We may share info with trusted partners (like delivery services and payment processors) — only to get your sauce to you safely.

We stand by our sauces, but:

• We’re not responsible for misuse (yes, that includes drinking it straight… brave move😜)

• Our liability won’t exceed what you paid for the product
